Stanislaus River, South Fork. Italian Bar, c. [1600 ft.] ---------- No. 6357. Clarkia rhomboidea Cor. pale purple. Petals with a narrow wing on each side of the claw near the base. No. 6358. Arenaria douglasii Fenzl. Shifting shaly slope No. 6359. Pellaea densa (Brack.) Hook. No. 6360. Lupinus stiversi Kell. Also det. C.P.S. With 6358. Banner yellow, wings pink. Keel whitish, glabrous. Anthers clay-yellow. Remarkable color combination. No. 6361. Mimulus [Layneae (Greene) Jepson Det. A.L.G.] Upper lip pink-purple, lower whitish, lightly dotted or marked, the lobes all transversely oblong, equal and alike in size and shape. Tube above calyx funnelform-campanulate, that is gradually expanding upwards ::::::::: 5 June 1915 1600 ft. [Tuolumne Co.] ---------- but narrow, not broad. Calyx tube narrow, 2/5 length of tube. Corolla 9 lines long. No. 6362. Philadelphus lewisii Pursh var. californicus Gray. No. 6363. Lupinus grayi Wats. Flowers blue-purple, yellow spot covering white spot on banner center but soon disappearing. No. 6364. Vicia sativa L. One or mostly 2 fls. in a place. Flowers large, showy for the species, like miniature sweet peas. Abundant, Italian Bar. No. 6364a. Fern No. 6365. Polypodium vulgare L. Fern No. 6366. Cystopteris fragilis L. Det. C.C.H.
