Sonoma Valley near Eldredge 115 ft. No. 5800 Eschscholzia californica. Gathered and marked as per diagram. The plants marked were all on the "flat" between the fence along right of way on west side of track and the low sloping embankment gently graded up to railway itself. [Diagram follows with labels as given] Fence "flat" "embankment" rails The embankment is exaggerated. The top board of the fence was notched opposite the marked plant.
