Though giving credit to other floras they do not to mine. They are simply following the lead of the Dept. of Botany men. For example A.W. Sampson has gotten out a bulletin on "St. Johnswort on Range Lands in California"-Bull. 503, 1930,-U.C. Agr. Exp. Sta. Indubitably he used my Manual-but he cites it not,-he cites Piper's Flora of Washington, etc.
