Ceanothus cordulatus forming low dense colonies 20 to 100 feet in diameter but consisting of very few plants. Buckbrush is C. divaricatus. Deerbrush is C. integerrimus H & H.  -Cercocarpus parvifolius, 14 ft. high. Fremontia Californica 16 ft. high. Arctostaphylos glauca 14 ft. high. _A. viscida or A. mariposa.
